About me
I’m a UX content designer, product owner and team leader originally from Canada, now happily calling Australia home.
My career has taken me from marketing and events into the world of digital design and research. I’ve spent the last 10+ years helping teams create products and services that make sense, work for everyone and solve real problems.
Over the years, I’ve led projects you might recognise — from the campaign strategy and launch of the BOM Weather App to the content design and strategy for What’s On Melbourne. I’ve also delivered key government platforms like Careers Victoria and Boards Victoria.
My design approach
I’m naturally curious and adaptable, so I love diving into complex design challenges, asking the right questions and bringing clarity to messy situations. I’m comfortable working across strategy to delivery, and I care deeply about building things that are practical, sustainable and genuinely useful.
I also enjoy leading and mentoring teams. I work best in collaborative environments where people feel supported, trusted and able to learn. For me, good design is as much about how we work together as what we deliver.
Lately, I’ve been fascinated by how AI is shaping the way we design, communicate, and make decisions. I believe there’s a huge opportunity, and responsibility, to ensure AI products are designed ethically, with transparency and empathy at their core. I want to be part of building tools and experiences that help people, not just impress them with technology for technology’s sake.
